Media day questions
Still have a question? Send us a request and we'll help you out!
How much does a team media day cost?
Teams get team rates, and the price depends on your roster size and what you want shot. Send a booking request with your sport and roster size and we'll get back to you with pricing for your team.
How far ahead should we book our media day?
As early as you can! The studio calendar fills 8 to 12 months out, first come, first served. Request your day online, and if it's taken you can ask for the closest open day or join the waitlist.
Can you come to our school or field?
Yes! Most media days happen at the studio, but we bring all our equipment out too. We've shot Mayflower Football on their field at night and Bryant Track at their own track. Lasers, light tubes and the specialty backdrops are studio-only looks.
What does a media day include?
Individual photos of every athlete, small groups and team shots, using the studio sets and practical effects like smoke, sparks, water and lasers. Then your full online gallery goes up after the shoot.
What should our athletes bring?
Every uniform you want photographed, home and away, plus a ball or gear for the sport. Have your roster count and jersey colors handy when we confirm. And bring the energy, the fun poses are the best part!
Which teams do you photograph?
High school, junior high, college and all-star teams in every sport: basketball, volleyball, football, baseball, softball, soccer, cheer, dance, track, swim and golf. Even JROTC!
