Questions
Do I need off-camera flash to take the courses?
For the in-person Lighting Lab, yes: it is an advanced workshop and off-camera flash is required. The mini courses, webinars and Patreon breakdowns show each setup step by step, so you can start with them and build your kit as you go.
Which option should I start with?
Start with Patreon if you want a steady stream of lighting breakdowns and monthly live webinars. Pick a mini course or a recorded webinar if you want one technique, like gels or motion blur. Book mentoring when you want Jaison to look at your own work and business.
When is the next Lighting Lab workshop?
The Lighting Lab no. 2 ran July 11 and 12, 2026 at the North Little Rock studio and sold out all 12 spots. Follow Rock Town Media on Facebook or join the Patreon to hear about the next date first.
What is in the Master Collection?
